How you will experience the recruitment process

1. How long will the process last?

We know the recruitment can be sometimes stressful and being ghosted feels worse than loosing the job.

It can take from 3 weeks up to 8 weeks until you receive an offer from our customer

2. Is a f2f meeting required with the recruiter?

COVID19 change our lives for all of us. Most interviews are made online these days.

You can advance through the recruitment process from the comfort of your house

3. Is a f2f first meeting required with the hiring manager?

The pandemic changed the way our customers and hiring managers handle recruitment.

Almost all first meetings with hiring managers are online. Zoom, skype, teams have entered our daily vocabulary

4. Do I need to have an update CV or LinkedIn profile?

It would be nice. It would make recruiter's work a little easier.

Even so, it should not be a deal breaker as your recruiter will ask you about all the things needed for the recruitment process. 

5. Can I really trust my recruiter?

Whether is us or another recruitment agency, you should definitely be provided with a trustworthy recruiter.

Trust is of the essence in working with us as building long term relations and talent community is what all our recruiters are driven by. 

6. Will the recruiter keep me updated?

Certainly you will be updated. We are keen on this matter, especially that some recruitment processes can be a little lenghty.

We value communication with our candidates very much

7. What happens in case I get rejected by the hiring manager?

First of all, you should not take this personally. There are numerous reason you did not get the job.

Your recruiter will provide you a useful update and, be certain, you will be updated with future job opportunities.

We strive to provide you a good and memorable experience during the recruitment cycle so that we can set the base for a trustful relation with you

8. What happens if I win the job?

That is certainly a reason to celebrate. With every new job a new journey begins.

Your recruiter will be in touch with you for the following months to provide you all the support you need for best onboarding process with your new company

9. Will the recruiter negotiate in my behalf?

This part is not something that we take care of.

Nevertheless, we are interested in offering support during negotiations with your future employer on things like defining your responsibilities 

10. Is there something more I need to know?

Yes, there is!

Although our fees are from the companies we work with, we value you as a candidate as much as we do our customers.
